David & Shirley MacFeeters Senior Pastor David and Shirley have been leading Oasis since its birth in 1992, but have been involved with Elim since the age of eighteen. After graduating from the Elim Bible College they moved to Weymouth where they reopened an Elim church. Together they have a vision to see families and communities transformed by the power of God. Richard and Katrina Goatly Assistant Pastor Richard and Katrina joined the Oasis leadership team in 2000 after graduating from Word of Life Bible School in Sweden. After three years as a Minister in Training, Richard was ordained as an Elim minister in June 2010. Katrina is currently working for Oasis as a youth and community worker and church administrator.
